I just have to do a post about this sweet little baby Gracie. My cousin Anne told me about her and sent me to the families blog to learn more. I have been sitting here crying my heart just pouring out for this little family. Gracie was born with only half of her heart a big 8# beautiful baby girl and she is not doing so well.
